One of our main priorities is to give you a smooth Exchange Process.

 

IF AN EXCHANGE NEEDS TO BE DONE :

Exchanges are done within 07 working days since the Garment is purchased.

 

Step 01 :  Message us through the same platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) you placed your order with & let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s. If it is a web order please WhatsApp us through 0776118533 and let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s.

Step 02 :  After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you.

Please Note - For a smoother exchange process, you need to send us the package using any courier service.

We humbly appreciate your kind understanding towards it.

 

Important - Refrain from informing us about an Exchange after 7 Days or a Month, because as per the Company Policy, we will not be able to proceed with it.

Please note that you cannot exchange an ALREADY EXCHANGED PRODUCT
